On Sunday, 25 May 2014, in the evening at 19:24, in Telšių district municipality, on S. Nėries street, at the junction with Kepyklos street, a collision with a moped occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Sharan and a Hanglong. One person was injured — the 16-year-old driver of the Hanglong (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (5 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
