On Sunday, 1 June 2014, in the morning at 10:30, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Šiauliai main road (kilometre 44.80), a BMW 530 D rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
