On Tuesday, 27 May 2014, in the morning at 8:55, in Kupiškio district municipality, on Vytauto street, a BMW 530 XI hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. The accident was caused by a 18-year-old pedestrian, who committed traffic rule violations that contributed to the accident and committed sudden emergence from behind a vehicle, tree, etc..
