On Wednesday, 25 June 2014, in the evening at 19:30, in Kupiškio district municipality, on the Kupiškis–Kuosėnai–Naiviai–Misiukiškis regional road (kilometre 12.47), a Saab 9-5 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the Saab (2 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
