Unlicensed driver's BMW rolls over at Mileišiškių g. and Pylimėlių g., Vilnius
On Friday, 27 June 2014, at night at 2:30, in Vilnius, on Mileišiškių street, at the junction with Pylimėlių street, a BMW 316 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
