On Saturday, 28 June 2014, in the evening at 20:39, in Tauragės district municipality, on Vytauto street, at the junction with Tremtinių kel., an Opel Omega hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Opel (3 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
