On Monday, 7 July 2014, in the evening at 18:30, in Vilnius, on Antakalnio street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Golf and a Toyota Corolla. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (2 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
