On Sunday, 13 July 2014, in the morning at around 5:00, in Kupiškio district municipality, on Gedimino street near No. 4, a Nissan 240SX ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Nissan (5 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.38‰ blood alcohol).
