On Saturday, 19 July 2014, in the evening at 21:42, in Raseinių district municipality, Slabados village, on the Ariogala–Raseiniai–Kryžkalnis national road (kilometre 43.45), a Lancia Delta ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Lancia, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. A 24-year-old passenger of the Lancia was drunk (1.70‰). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
