On Sunday, 27 July 2014, in the evening at around 18:00, in Kupiškio district municipality, on the Daugpilis–Rokiškis–Panevėžys national road (kilometre 79), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Ford Mondeo and a Seat Alhambra. No one was hurt in the accident.
