On Wednesday, 30 July 2014, in the evening at 21:35, in Vilniaus district municipality, on the Vilnius-Švenčionys-Zarasai national road (kilometre 20), a Kawasaki KH 250 rolled over. One person was injured — the 22-year-old driver of the Kawasaki (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Kawasaki, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
