On Saturday, 23 August 2014, in the evening at around 17:00, in Radviliškio district municipality, on Dariaus ir Girėno street near No. 89, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW 520 and a Citroen C5. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the BMW (22 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations, failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was raining, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 40 km/h.
