On Friday, 19 September 2014, in the evening at 22:07, in Grigiškės, on Kauno Vokės street near No. 6, a Peugeot 406 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Peugeot (less than a year of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
