On Saturday, 20 September 2014, in the afternoon at 15:38, in Ignalinos district municipality, on the Kazokinė–Ceikiniai–Mielagėnai regional road (kilometre 6), an Audi 80 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober.
