On Tuesday, 23 September 2014, in the afternoon at 16:27, in Joniškio district municipality, on the Ryga–Šiauliai–Tauragė–Kaliningradas main road (kilometre 14.73), an Audi 80 Avant hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing.
