On Sunday, 28 September 2014, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Ignalinos district municipality, on Vasario 16-osios street, at the junction with Atgimimo street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved an Audi A4 and an Audi A6 Avant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Audi A4 (5 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
