On Friday, 17 October 2014, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Vilnius, on Gerovės street near No. 31, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Audi A4 and an Audi A4 Avant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Audi A4 (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
