On Saturday, 18 October 2014, in the evening at 20:30, in Kaunas, on Šiaurės pr., at the junction with S. Žukausko street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Opel Astra and a BMW 525. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 56-year-old driver of the Opel (12 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
