On Saturday, 18 October 2014, at night at 23:24, in Vilnius, on Konstitucijos pr. near No. 26, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW 320D and a BMW 318i. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the BMW 320D (1 year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
