On Monday, 10 November 2014, in the evening at 17:29, in Vilnius, on Didlaukio street near No. 70, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a Mazda Xedos 6 hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 54-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 63-year-old driver of the Mazda (45 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
