On Monday, 10 November 2014, in the evening at around 18:00, in Klaipėda, on Smiltelės street, at the junction with I. Simonaitytės street, a vehicle hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 16-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. He fled the scene.
