On Sunday, 16 November 2014, at night at around 4:00, in Biržų district municipality, Rinkuškių village, on Rinkuškių street near No. 43, a Volkswagen Golf ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
