On Friday, 28 November 2014, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Kaunas, on Kęstučio street near No. 64, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Hyundai i40, a BMW 3er Reihe and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Hyundai (13 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed. All drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
