On Saturday, 29 November 2014, in the evening at 20:17, in Vilnius, on Rinktinės street, at the junction with Šeimyniškių street, a collision occurred. The collision involved a BMW 520 and a Peugeot 307. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
