On Wednesday, 3 December 2014, in the evening at 18:10, in Vilnius, on Panerių street, at the junction with Tūkstantmečio street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Iveco (a citizen of Belarus) (11 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
