On Friday, 19 December 2014, at night at 23:40, in Kėdainių district municipality, Dotnuvos town, on Tilto street near No. 19, a Volkswagen Golf rolled over. Two people were injured — the 37-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (hospitalized, was not wearing a seatbelt) and a 27-year-old passenger of the Volkswagen (treated as an outpatient, was not wearing a seatbelt). The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to choose a safe speed. He refused a sobriety test and had no driving licence. A 27-year-old passenger of the Volkswagen was drunk (1.33‰). At the time of the accident it was dark, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
