On Friday, 2 January 2015, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Prienų district municipality, on Taikos street near No. 4, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot Boxer and a Mazda 323. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Peugeot (15 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober.
