On Friday, 19 December 2014, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Kaunas, on Ateities pl. near No. 23, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a vehicle, a Schmitz - and a Volvo FH12. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry.
