On Monday, 12 January 2015, at night at 4:32, in Biržų district municipality, on Vilniaus street near No. 115, a Volvo V70 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Volvo, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober.
