On Tuesday, 13 January 2015, in the morning at 8:30, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Jonava–Kėdainiai–Šeduva national road (kilometre 78.49), on a bridge, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a DAF FT XF 105.460, a Pacton TXD 339, a Ford Fiesta and a Hyundai Sonata. Two people were injured — the 38-year-old driver of the Hyundai (hospitalized) and a 36-year-old passenger of the Hyundai (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the DAF (1 year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. All drivers were sober.
