On Friday, 16 January 2015, in the morning at 7:32, in Klaipėda, on Taikos pr. near No. 117, a Mitsubishi Space Star hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 37-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi (12 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
