On Sunday, 26 October 2014, in the morning at around 10:00, in Kaunas, on Baltų pr., at the junction with J. Grušo street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Passat and a Nissan Primera. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 65-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
