On Saturday, 14 February 2015, in the morning at 8:28, in Vilnius, on J. Basanavičiaus street, at the junction with Jovaro street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the BMW (2 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to give way when changing direction.
