On Saturday, 28 February 2015, at night at 2:29, in Vilniaus district municipality, Pagirių village, on Šiltnamių street near No. 18, a vehicle hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 21-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
