On Saturday, 28 February 2015, in the evening at 20:58, in Švenčionių district municipality, on the Ceikiniai–Velykamiškis–Šventa regional road (kilometre 7.22), a Volkswagen Golf ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 42-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
