On Friday, 20 March 2015, in the afternoon at 16:13, in Klaipėda, on Taikos pr. near No. , ties pastatu Nr. 39, a Volkswagen Polo hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 32-year-old pedestrian, who committed traffic rule violations that contributed to the accident and was crossing the carriageway where prohibited.
