On Thursday, 26 March 2015, in the evening at 22:09, in Vilnius, on S. Konarskio street near No. 17, a BMW 530 D registered in Netherlands hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 20-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by a 20-year-old pedestrian, who committed sudden emergence from behind a vehicle, tree, etc.. He was drunk (0.90‰ blood alcohol). The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
