On Tuesday, 31 March 2015, in the morning at around 7:00, in Kaunas, on Linkuvos street near No. 77, a Ford Galaxy hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 58-year-old driver of the Ford (35 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
