On Friday, 17 April 2015, in the evening at 20:40, in Vilnius, on Žirmūnų street, at the junction with P. Lukšio street, a collision occurred. The collision involved an Opel Omega, an Audi A6, a Volkswagen Golf, a Toyota RAV4 and a Mazda 3. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Opel, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. All drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
