On Saturday, 25 April 2015, in the evening at 22:50, in Vilnius, on Kirtimų street, at the junction with Parko street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Audi A6 Avant and a Volvo 7700. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 36-year-old driver of the Audi, who violated overtaking rules. He was drunk (3.09‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
