On Saturday, 16 May 2015, in the evening at 19:16, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Kiti keliai local road (kilometre 0.64), a Saab 9-3 rolled over. One person died — a 65-year-old passenger of the Saab (severely injured, later died from the injuries). Two people were injured — a 68-year-old passenger of the Saab (hospitalized) and a 39-year-old passenger of the Saab (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 41-year-old driver of the Saab (24 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
