On Sunday, 19 July 2015, in the afternoon at 14:46, in Rokiškio district municipality, on the Rokiškis–Juodupė–Onuškis–Ilzenbergas regional road (kilometre 26.40), a ZIL 133 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 49-year-old driver of the ZIL, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (3.33‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
