On Saturday, 25 July 2015, in the afternoon at 14:26, in Panevėžys, on Senamiesčio street near No. 114, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Citroen, who failed to give way when changing direction. He was drunk (3.23‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
