On Saturday, 1 August 2015, in the evening at 21:30, in Kėdainių district municipality, Lančiūnavos village, on Liepų al. near No. 16, a collision while turning right occurred. The collision involved a Seat Ibiza and an Audi A3 WAHLW. Audi S3. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Seat, who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (1.89‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
