On Friday, 7 August 2015, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Kaunas, on Jonavos g., at the junction with Salako g., a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Honda Accord, an Opel Signum and a Skoda Superb. One person was injured — the 61-year-old driver of the Skoda (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the Honda (1 year of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. All drivers were sober.
