On Friday, 7 August 2015, in the evening at 20:56, in Skuodo district municipality, on Vytauto street, at the junction with Kretingos street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a Mazda Premacy and a Peugeot 206. One person was injured — the 59-year-old driver of the Peugeot (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 52-year-old driver of the Mazda (26 years of driving experience), who failed to comply with road signs or markings, failed to give way when crossing an intersection and failed to choose a safe speed.
