Unlicensed BMW driver hits a parked Volvo and flees on Vyšnių g., Pasvalys
On Sunday, 9 August 2015, at night at 23:42, in Pasvalio district municipality, on Vyšnių street near No. 30, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
