On Tuesday, 11 August 2015, in the evening at around 18:00, in Klaipėda, on Taikos pr. near No. 29, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Opel Vectra and a Hyundai i 30 CW. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 57-year-old driver of the Opel (28 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
