On Wednesday, 12 August 2015, in the morning at 9:30, in Šakių district municipality, on V. Kudirkos street near No. 20, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a Toyota Yaris hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 82-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized).
