On Wednesday, 19 August 2015, in the evening at around 19:00, in Kaunas, on M. Gimbutienės street near No. 3, a Volkswagen Golf hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 8-year-old pedestrian, who committed sudden emergence from behind a vehicle, tree, etc.. The driver was sober.
